High Pressure SCSSV Test System
This system
comprises of three liquid pumps & a gas booster and they are
specially plumbed together with high pressure tubing, fitting and
special valves to test the SCSSV.
With the
incorporation of a PLC & special control valves, this
control system can easily use with the least supervision &
achieve great accuracy. |

Portable Test Pac
This unit is
suitably designed to cater for different customer requirement in
their type of hydrostatic testing. All oil/gas transmission
pipeline, after initial prefill, must be pressure tested to
stringent specifications.
This specially designed unit are used for proof, leak,
burst, pulse, fatigue and calibration testing to ensure safe
operation.

Halon Transfer Unit
The unit uses a Haskel pump to transfer and pressurized the halon to its desired
pressure and will stop automatically when the desired weight
(pressure) is achieved. The unit has
the ability to extract high cost Halon vapor from supplier's
container and convert the vapor back to liquid by passing through a
condenser. |

Hose Test Rig
This can be
supplied to test single or multiple hoses simultaneously to pressure
up to 100,000 psi (7,000 Bar) and hold the pressure indefinitely
without consuming power. Test media can be water, oil and special
oil such as Skydrol. |

These
booster systems are used in high pressure leak testing of
underwater christmas trees and other subsea installations to
ensure that crude oil or gas will not leak from the
structure and risk contamination of the sea or creating a
fire or explosion.
