SINGLE WELL HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEM (Project: 1885-11)

Application:

Provides pressurized hydraulic fluids downhole to the control valves located in the well.
Easy to operate.
Accurate control of control valves.
Can be further enhanced for multiple wellheads control.

HYDROSTATIC & SEAT LEAK TEST SYSTEM (Project: 1853-11)

Application:

Integrated for both liquid and gas test.
Dual pumps system allows quick pressure built up.
Vacuum flushing capability allows for easy unit maintenance before and after test.

LeakTest

IWOCs (Project: 1845-11)

Application:

Built for testing Subsea Control Module (SCM) before actual production.
Unit only requires air to operate. does not require electricity other than for lighting. Decreases safety hazard on board oilrig.

Weatherford

HI LO GAS BOOSTER SYSTEM WITH GAS RECEIVERS (Project: 1775-11)

Application:

Charge gas receivers with N2 that provide constant flow rate for high pressure testing.
Results in quick and efficient pressure build up for high pressure test.
Can be customized based on requirements.

PLC HPU SYSTEM (Project: 1558-09)

Application:

For flushing sub-sea trees, BOPs and actuators.
Also built for high pressure testing.
Incorporated with PLC, special electronic devices and touch screen monitor to opti-mize the system.
Customization is based on requirements.

N2 GAS BOOSTER SYSTEM (Project: 1556-09 )

Application:

Charging of high pressure gas cylinders and pressure testing of underwater Christmas trees and other subsea components.
3 part concept for increased flexibility for positioning in a confined space.
Gas compressor incorporated into the system to provide high flow rate when required.
Made up of a combination of high pressure air actuator valves, special solenoid valves and digital chart recorders.

SCSSV (Project: 1057-04)

Application:

For testing reliability of SCSSV which are used in subsea applications.
Comprises of 3 high pressure pumps and a gas booster.
Unique mix of high pressure tubings, fittings, air actuator valves and other acces-sories.
Incorporated with PLC and special control valves for great accuracy with little supervision.

DONGOLLA (Project: 1019-03)

Application:

We supply and installed all the high pressure tubing, fittings and special valves to the system.
