Application 1: Pulse Dampener

By design, piston and diaphragm pumps create sudden pressure peaks during operation. This may not be desirable where accurate and smooth operation is required. The operational life of components that experience these pressure peaks may also reduce over time. With the introduction of a liquid accumulator, it can dampen the pulsation produced to a more acceptable level that not only smoothens the pulses, it reduces the wear and tear.

Application 2: Energy Reserve

The units are able to act as backup supply units in cases where hydraulic or gas power supply is required to safely reset systems to their safe positions during a power failure. This prevents damage to systems or products.
