Tradeshow@Vung Tau, Vietnam 2013

Hydratech Industries had recently participated in a tradeshow in Vung Tau, Vietnam, organized by IndustrialRoadshow(IR). The exhibition was held in Vung Tau Indoor Stadium, with many participating exhibitors from the South East Asia Region such as Singapore & Malaysia. The show attracted many visitors mainly from the oil & gas companies operating on the island. There were also some whom have travelled 2hrs from Ho Chi Minh to visit the show.

During the show, we were glad to be able to meet existing customers as well as new inquiring companies. Communicating over emails and phone as compared to meeting our customers in person were all so different, and at times, had its awkward moments. But as soon as the conversation got going, we had a greater understanding of their needs and requirements.

We look forward to engaging our customers directly. We want to understand your requirements to better tailor a solution that suit your needs. Anyone can sell systems, but to build something that not only works but improves your operational efficiency and effectiveness is what makes us different. This is only the beginning in Vietnam. Hydratech Industries Awarded Schlumberger Oilfield Test Bay Setup

In the 1st quarter of 2013, we are proud to be awarded a project with Schlumberger Oilfield in Singapore. The project is unique because the set up of the test bay involves multiple portions and vendors. Hydratech Industries will be carrying out works to engineer and build the customed high pressure gas and hydrostatic test section. The test section will ultimately be integrated with computerized systems provided by other vendors to form the complete test bay. We are highly adaptive and will work closely with other vendors to deliver the best to our customer.

Hydratech Industries to Setup Complete Test Bay for Cameron Singapore Drilling System

Congratulations to Cameron Singapore Drilling System on setting up its new test facility. We are most excited to be given the opportunity to deliver our complete test bay system that will be completely integrated into their test facility infrastructure, to ensure the highest test readiness and improve efficiency. Part of our system will be used in areas such as BOP actuation and BOP testing. System also comes complete with hydrostatic testing and flushing capabilities. The full test facility should be complete by the second quarter of 2013 for handover.

Hydratech Industries to Deliver Nitrogen Compressor System for GEA Process Engineering Pte Ltd

As part of GEA Process Engineering Pte Ltd expansion, they will be opening a new production facility in Singapore. Hydratech Industries is proud to be awarded the project to deliver a system designed to inject liquid nitrogen into multiple portions of their production line during the last quarter of 2012. Challenge is to ensure constant pressure and amount of liquid nitrogen being injected each time at different stages of their production line. Accuracy to control each injection point will be crucial.

Completed Delivery of Chemical Injection Skids to PVD Tech, Vietnam

We have successfully delivered and installed 33 panels of chemical injection skids for Petroleum Trading & Drilling Technical Services (PVD Tech) in Vietnam in early 2013. The skids are part of the IRCD System they were contracted to complete for a Thang Long Project. During the engineering stages, many challenges were encountered to ensure that the utmost injection accuracy was achieved. We are glad that we were able to deliver a capable system, designed with precision for the application.

OSEA2014, Here we come!

Months of preparation for the event just zoomed pass as we end our OSEA2012 exhibition held at Marina Bay Sands Exhibitions Centre, Singapore. This is the 3rd show that we had participated.

First of all, we would like to thank our many customers who have visited us to show their support. We really appreciate your presence and will continue to do our best for you. We are really glad to have also met and spoke to many representatives from companies of different industry, to share more about our company and the things we do. Besides doing all the talking, many representatives have also shared with us their experiences and knowledge in their line of work. This really benefits and gives our engineers an opportunity to think out-of-the-box, to grow and evolve our solutions.

This is also the first time that our partner, Hitec Products, is participating in OSEA. Many visitors that know Hitec Products in Norway were surprised that Hitec Products is now in town, in Singapore. This has garnered a lot of interest and we are sure there will be many enquiries coming in.

Lastly, we would like to thank our supplier from Germany, Mr. Peter Lewicki of J.A Becker and Sohne, for joining the team to showcase their gas compressors. Not only did the physical unit generate a lot of potential interest, the visitors learnt a great deal from him on the technologies and capabilities of the gas compressors.

All in all, I hope all the participants and visitors to our booth had a great time and we look forward to OSEA2014!
